To All Lone Star Chapter Members:

The board of directors of your chapter wants to encourage all members to become certified as a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional.
As an incentive we are offering a scholarship to the first 7 members that complete and pass both modules by 4/30/2017. This scholarship is intended for those members that are not able to receive reimbursement from their employer. Upon completion and confirmation of your certification, please send the documents to Jim Foster, FHFMA at We will need a notice of your successful passing of the modules and proof that your employer will not pay. There are many resources for tutorial on the HFMA website and YouTube (make sure on YouTube you are looking for the new curriculum and the appropriate module). There are links below that will further assist you.
